We keep this site accurate and current, but details change: timetables, equipment, hours and prices among them. Membership, joining and bookings
Joining, memberships, class bookings and door access are handled through GymMaster, a separate third-party system. When you use a "Join now" or "Member login" link you leave this website. What happens there is governed by GymMaster's terms and by your membership agreement with us, not by these terms.
Health and training
Anything on this site about training, exercise or fitness is general information written for a general audience. It is not personal or medical advice and it cannot account for your circumstances. If you have an injury, a health condition, or have not exercised in a long time, speak to your doctor before starting, and tell us, so we can take it into account. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

Where we link to another website (GymMaster, Google Maps, our social media pages), we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
